Karla Doyle is an experienced educator with a passion for early childhood and elementary education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University South Bend in 2005. She later pursued her Master of General Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating in 2009.
Karla dedicated 14 years to the public school system, teaching students in grades K-3. Throughout her career, she worked with diverse student populations, including gifted and talented learners, as well as students from various socio-economic backgrounds. Her commitment to innovative and inclusive education was evident during her tenure at the Mary Beck Lab School (2017-2019), a collaborative initiative between Indiana University South Bend and the Elkhart Community School System, designed to enhance educational practices for higher education students and K-6 student success.
Karla’s extensive classroom experience and dedication to student growth continue to shape her contributions to the field of education, where she remains committed to fostering impactful learning environments for all learners.
