Dr. Sullivan earned her PhD from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. For 25 years she oversaw the learning strategy program for the Hesburgh Balfour Summer Program. She also provided leadership training for Notre Dame alumni and students as a certified trainer of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. For 10 years Kathleen served as the Associate Director of the Notre Dame Alumni Association and as the director of alumni continuing education. She developed the University’s on-line prayer site that has exceeded a million views since its inception in 2007.
Kathleen's hobbies include horses, swimming, juggling, and leadership development. Her book I Had Lunch with God: Gospel Inspirations for Tough Times is a best seller in the Notre Dame Hammes bookstore.
